Hello, I'm trying to get a Slush Rush Sandshrew on-hand, been trying for one for hours with no luck. IVs and Nature isn't important to me for now, but I would prefer it to be a female if able.

I'm able to give a Timid Alolan Vulpix with Freeze Dry, Moonblast, Encore and Snow Warning as its ability
