[LOOKING FOR] Solar power ability charmander/charmeleon/charizard

I am accepting trade requests or friend safari codes for a charmander/charmeleon/charizard with the ability 'solar power'. I can trade in Pokemon xy, ORAS and sun and moon. I would prefer to trade in sun and moon as I have completed the pokedex in that game but I don't really mind which game.
