Post in the trade section saying you're looking for such and such pokemon and you might be able to get one. Other than that, just keep hatching away, you might get lucky.
I tend to give away free shinies.

@ScarecrowOfficer there is no Mareep in electric Friend Safari. you have you find it throughout the horde encounter.

If you're using X or Y you can head to route 12 and use sweet scent to force a hoarde encounter. Chances of finding a shiny are 1/819.
