It really depends on the team you're building. There are tons of good mega Kang builds that help different teams in different ways

EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Protect/Low Kick/Power Up Punch
- Double-Edge/Facade
- Sucker Punch

This is basically what most VGC battlers use to make a Mega Kang set. You can play around with the EVs if you want more bulk, less speed/attack
