I'm pretty new here, having joined in just the past few months, but I agree that this site seems pretty lifeless in general. I'm not sure how much criticism we're allowed to level in the forums without reprisal, but we haven't even gotten a monthly newsletter-type 'Welcome' post in 2019.
Edit: Just realized this post is out-of-place in a Farewell Thread. Sorry, @moo311. I regret that I never knew ye.
