so I want to use friend safari on my pokemon x BUT my favorite is omega ruby would that effect anything also if someone wants friend safari can I give them my fc and they would get a friend safari thing from me 1 more thing if it does work and I can get friend safaris can I use friend safaris from friends I already had

basically, if you give your friend your FC, your friend will get the Friend Safari from you, automatically, on their Pokemon XY. you don't have to play Pokemon XY to have a friend safari. it's already generated on your Friend Code (CMIIW)

plus, friend safari only exists in Pokemon XY. if you gonna shiny hunting on friend safari, you must have Pokemon XY.
