Nintendo 2DS error sleep mode! - pkmn oras

Hello everyone!

I'm posting this here because I love this community and I hope I can find an answer right here...
Well, everytime I wake my Nintendo 2DS up after Sleep Mode, the Nintendo 2DS crashes and I'm forced to turn it off and then turn it on again. I only have Pokemon Alpha Sapphire so I'm not sure if this is a 2DS problem or game problem.
Is there anything I can do to prevent my console from getting the error that makes me reboot it? (Relaunching the game takes some time.. Or at least it's not so fast as the old gameboy.. xD)

@Antimorph i think it's a 2DS problem because, that never happened to me.

I have a 2DS, and this doesn't happen. (Also to 3ds people the sleep switch is the same as closing the 3ds)

Your 2DS might need to be replaced.
