I am battling in the Maison right now. Currently at 76 Wins in Doubles.
I will post my exact team later. Hopefully I get to 100+

I used Mega Gardevoir with Hyper Voice and it tore through everything with ease

I farm it in Pokebank TBH. I get 20 in like a week from just keeping pokemon in there. Only the weeks where I use a ton of it on moves and items do I play battle maison but so far I haven't had that problem in ORAS.

Sucks the ratio in which you get them to how many pokemon you need stored still isn't fully known. So I store my shinies and breeding rejects to do me some good than just looking good.

I enjoy playing in the Maison tbh. It is a nice relaxing thing.
