Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Toxic
- Hypnosis
- Ice Beam

its pretty good,

do you need both hypnosis and toxic because you cant put a pokemon to sleep and toxic them at the same time, i guess it could work in a doubles battle but something like focus blast or even encore if you want to get trolly would benefit more in my opinion

its just a suggetion, idk if it would work better than what you have now

Them two moves sound like an idea and is that EV spread alright?

for a special defensive politoad set its good not sure which way you're going, im also not the ev spread master
