Hello again Pokemon community! I wanted to get this up tonight so that people could take advantage of this, but I will be improving the quality of format over the next few days!

In my quest to search for the best way to level my Pokemon, I reached out to PokemonCenter (http://www.twitch.tv/pokemoncenter)! In this method, we will be using Secret Bases. The QR codes and the method were both provided by him. Please support him by checking out his stream if you found this information helpful!

Step-by-Step Guide To Quickly Level Your Pokemon (using Blissey secret base method)!

1. You want to add the secret bases which contain Blisseys.

  -The Blisseys at these bases ONLY know healing wish (so they kill themselves and cannot damage your Pokemon).
  -All of them are located at Secret Shore.

How to add secret bases using QR codes:

1. Go to your Secret Base's PC
2. Select: QR Code patterns [Find a Secret Base]
3. Line up the QR Code to be within the green square that appears on your 3DS
4. Take a picture of the QR code. The Picture has to be clear and steady (This may take one or two tries).

The base will now be added!

The QR Codes for the five Blissey secret bases:

2. Be sure to use O-Powers and have the Pokemon you wish to level hold Lucky Eggs!

 - Remember that foreign Pokemon will also gain extra experience!

3. Travel to Secret Shore, and battle the lead trainers in the bases. The other trainers in the base do not have Blisseys with them.

 - You can only battle these trainers once every 24 hours, and before you battle them for the first time you need to wait 24 hours!
 - Pull the lever in the base so that there is no level limit.

4. Enjoy all the experience! There are 5 secret bases that contain Blisseys, and each lead trainer has 3 Blisseys (all of which are level 100). That's 15 level 100 Blisseys a day!

I love that this is possible. Being able to create your own teams is just hilarious. Also, are you sure they don't reset at midnight instead of every 24 hours?

I get the QRcode up on my phone then I scan it with my 3ds but it always fails what's wrong with it or is there another way

I'm just wondering, do the timers reset at midnight? It doesn't need to be every 24 hours I don't think.

It can be tricky, but you have to line it up pretty much perfectly.

i think the 4th 1 could be retaken i just can't get that one to read even when i line it up perfectly (but i could just suck at this)

Turn up the brightness on whatever device you're using and zoom in the specific qr code, i personally used my iphone.
