[ORAS] VGC Team for a First-Timer

Ok so when i was browsing this website i got my hands on a 6 IV Ditto perfect for breeding so, naturally, i decided to do exactly that breed. The first Pokemon i wanted to make a competitive build of was Ludicolo so i now have the perfect IV's on a Lombre and i now need to find a good way to get perfect EV's as well. The problem is A) i don't know how to get exact EV's and B)I don't know what kind of team or move-set i would use with a Ludicolo.

Help is much appreciated for a first timer. Thanks in advanced

Along with the link tyga posted, I recommend this link. This is to familiarize yourself with the general movesets, items and natures used by Pokemon in VGC. This way you can do your calculations for EV spreads which work around the most common threats and make your team viable for competitive play.
