[ORAS] how to level up post game

What do i do to level up my pokemon after i have beaten all the gym leaders and a majority of the other npc`s.What do i fight to get my pokemon to level up?

I normally do the elite four by bringing 4 low levelled pokemon and 2 level 100 with good typing until they are a decent level

yeah they are up to level 80-90 second time around
