Just give my Pichu 5IV (everything but Special ATK) and also shinify my Charmander and also give it 5IV in everything but ATK (idk if this matters but it's already got IV's in everything but ATK and SPD)

Also, is it important that they're 5IV? or can i simply put them 6IV, it would speed up the process
