How did the abra out speed me on the last turn

My Yanma's speed was 20 and the site told me Abra's max speed was 19

Oops I am sorry. I was oblivious to the fact. Don't mind my baka side xD

I just checked damage calcs myself too. Abra should be 19 and Yanma 20. A timid 236 Yanma would outspeed a Timid Abra with 252 speed 100% of the time. Idk what happened qq

The only way I see it is if:
A) Your Yanma was missing 1 speed IV.
or
B) Your Yanma was missing 1 speed EV.

In which case, both scenarios would have led to a speed tie.

Answer: Are you sure it was timid in that battle? Because otherwise it would have been a speed tie :/

First, I guess a thing you should know about LC 3v3 is it is a fast format because many things do not survive attacks so stealth rock, will-o-wisp and such are not really used because attacking move do more damage.

Eviolite is a better item than Assault Vest in this format

Mediatite has fake out and bullet punch so Choice scarf is pointless

Shieldon for Choice Scarf/Focus Sash Jolly Cranidos. Cranidos Head Smashes the competition.

I think you can pass down higher level moves through breeding when both parents know that move.

z2porygon I agree evolite is better but it's illegal in the global link little cup challenge and thanks for the other advice
