Will-O-Wisp would be very useful on Arcanine being that yours is a bulkier support version. You could remove Extreme Speed for it. Also I would use Overheat over Flamethrower so that Arcanine still has the power to handle some of the bulky steel types without having to invest a lot in SpA.

I would:

  • Change Return for Double-Edge just for more damage
  • Swap items between Talonflame and Scizor because Talonflame doesn't need the Lum Berry and it performs better with a Life Orb while Scizor can be burnt which hinders the Swords Dance set up.
  • Run Scizor with Protect instead of Roost/Swords Dance.
  • Run Sylveon with Choice Specs and drop Protect for Hyper Beam or Hidden Power Ground
  • Run Milotic with Sitrus Berry and Protect.
