[REQUEST] 4 or 5 Perfect IV Togepi?

Hey everyone, does anyone have a Togepi with 4 or 5 Perfect IVs? I am trying to look for one, but I am unable to breed my Togepi with my Ditto. I am trying to build a strong competitive Food Themed Team. In return, I can give you a 5 IV Eevee. Thanks to anyone that helps me out!

Togepi can't breed because it is a baby pokemon. Just let it evolve and you will be able to breed!

Oh, thanks, but I decided to take the 5 IV offer from the other replied so it would be easier to breed a bold 5 IV Togepi
