Since I'm assuming this is a VGC set I could recommend you the one that Zack Droegkamp has used on his team, but keep in mind its ev spread and role for his team. From that report, the only notable thing its does is take two Shadow Balls (nonboosted) from Gengar with Sitrus Berry, though the HP EVs aren't optimized for a Leftovers set.
