[REQUEST] Low lv Espeon

Hi guys i am looking for a Espeon under lv29 male or if it has Morning Sun and is male that would be awesome planing on passing Morning Sun to a Growlithe
and any help would be epic. Ty <3

I have a level 30 male Espeon. I got it off wondertrade, and it only has 2IV, but it'll learn Morning Sun when it hits level 33. I have no use for him and I was planning on wondertrading him back, so I'll take anything in exchange, really.

if you want I can trade ya a morning sun growlithe, it also has close combat, crunch and heat wave with either of it's abilities. They arn't perfect so you'll have to breed your own but it should help cut down the work =)

Is a male lv 8 Eevee also good? If not i will try to get Espeon from gts male ect.
