Anyways, as mentioned in the title, I am looking for a female HA Shroomish from another region than the GER one.I'd be happy if it had good IVs.

But what can I offer you?

Well, i masuda-d for  a shiny Ralts a while ago, and I still got a handful of 6*31-IV-Ralts'
