have you beaten the E4? the pokecenter in killoude city has an iv checker, he kinda talks in code, but he lists the best ivs, then if they are maxed he says "with stats like that you simply cant be beat"(somethin like that)

so the ivs are maxed if he mentions all stats then says that

So it is perfect except for it's Sp. Attack, but the Sp. Attack was still pretty good when I input the stats into an IV calculator online.
