Need help with modifying cresselia

So you can see that I need help with modifying my cress. I need it to have perfect IVs but not in atk and make it bold nature! And if you could fix the Evs to 252 HP 252 def and 4 sp.def that would be awesome (just cassually thinking of giving you 1 shiny per action you do).And if you can fix the moves Calm mind, moonlight, psyshok and moonblast on it aswell!

So what do you want for being nice and modifying my dear cress?
What I have: over 2,000 breedject charmanders with egg moves (don´t ask me why I saved them xD)
Shiny Rotom
Shiny sylveon
shiny druddigon
shiny Duosion
Shiny Golbat
Or some legandairies if you want!
