Destiny knot

Help please can some give a destiny knot and if you have any ditto with 5 or 4 ivs , but preferably the destiny not Thanks

I wanna help but I cant give you my destiny knot because i still need it. But i can help by 'teaching' you how to get it if you are playing ORAS.

Tips :
You can soft reset and keep battling the trainers until you get your destiny knot. It wont take long if you keep soft resetting the game.

If you are playing on a copy of omega ruby, or alpha saphire, you can get many destiny knots by simply playing the contests. Every tiem you win a contest, there will be fans of yours waiting at the exit. If you talk to them they will give you things like ever stones, various berries, and even destiny knots. I hope this helps if you have Omega Ruby or Alpha Saphire.
