(I'm new at this so forgive me if I screw up!)
I am starting to shiny breed and would like a ditto from NOT THE USA region. In reality, I want a perfect Ditto, but I will take anything +3 IVs. Doesn't matter the nature, I just need some good IVs. (It totally doesn't matter if it's gened.) Thank you so much!!
