Could I have the gastly? I can trade a shiny crobat (level 51, EV trained in attack and speed) However it does not have a blue pentagon. I do not believe it has IVs

Oh, I didn't see the "looking for" section. I believe I have a shiny hawlucha in poke bank. Let me check.
