Im hoping to figure out what kind of luck other people are having with different methods of hunting!
and open a generalized discussion exploring the stats!(YAY MATH!)
so lets get to it !
First what was your desired target!
Where you going for something specific in mind and you randomly happen across a different pokemon!?
What method were you using??
Pokeradar?Dexnav?SoftReset?Chainfishing?HordeEncounters?MasudaMethod?FriendSafari?and last but not least Random Encounters?
Longevity of the hunt?
Please be as specific as possible with this one im talking scientific
if obtainable Record all of the following:
What Kind of odds are you working against?
-WHAT GENERATION AND VERSION POKEMON ARE YOU PLAYING !!! Ex. (Gen 6th X)
-You got shiny charm bruh??
-or are you full odds?
Physical Time spent on Hunt:
Ex. 8hours (span of 1 day) Ex. 22Hours (span of 3 days)
Keep track with a counter: THIS IS IMPORTANT PAY ATTENTION
-Only give Raw Data collected dont estimate this is important to ensure Accurate Results
-I do plan on compiling the numbers and using them
I would prefer not to see "Probably this many encounters"
if you are looking for something to help record your encounters and you have a smart phone i suggest this:
I use an application on my phone called Counter directly from the android store
IMHO its one of the better counter's you can use because you can have multiple counters at once
which is perfect if you are duel hunting!

What do you like to do while hunting??! im always studying or working on HW so i like to shiny hunt on one ds in the backround , but when i take breaks i like to browse and chat on the forum and watch other people shiny hunt to lift my spirits ! or become completly defeated lol (mostly on youtube not really into twitch)
