Also Eckley, here's a spread of a Raikou that ended in the top 4 in Korea, might help you a bit  / 76 HP / 204 SAtk / 228 Spd

The only one you might see a lot is a Zapdos

terrakion and zapdos are both common.... + suicine is upcoming since its a pure water type that gets tailwind :P

Hmm really? I didn't really encounter Terrakion myself xD. Oh well, I'm happy with my team as long as it doesn't have a Genie in them :P
Also interesting about the Tailwind! Might replace some moves
