Also forgot to say I saw that Raikou build and was going to use it, but because I was speed training, I went with another one I saw on here which was 24 HP 252 SpA 232 Spd

nice eeveeli yea i dislike those megas as well and sceptile might be an option but i don't really like many electric types XD
