Pokemon VGC 2016 Metagame Megathread

I've noticed that Palkia has become more prevalent on Primal Groudon teams. I can only assume that is because Xerneas is so easy to stop and they would rather use their second restricted slot more wisely, i.e. investing in a mon that takes on the primals on handles other restricteds well (barring Xerneas and maybe Dialga) :p But of course, both of those get dealt with pretty well by Primal Groudon
