Pokemon VGC 2016 Metagame Megathread

Upon the metagame being released, the major threats have been Kang, Xerneas and P-Groudon. Now since this new meta is basically a Weather War, you may need a means of Skill Swap or Role Play to reset the weather instead of switching. Just recently I posted a team here on the forums featuring Lugia, P-Kyogre and Scizor. I'll just share my Lugia build with you all
