Summary
This little guy can be a really good sweeper in VGC he only need a good support and with the new Pachirisu on the Meta Game
is really easy to set up Dragon Dance the first turn and start the sweep on the second turn.

He can get very powerfull with his Moxie ability so if he faints 2 pkm its nearly unstoppable and he can regen its hp, plus focus sash can protect hin from OHKO moves or moves like Brave bird.

Give this little guy a chance to proof himself worthy :D

Nice build! I used one on my x/y vgc team! One you set up a few DD and get the moxie boosts, it rekts! I personally like to use lum berry in case you get burned

This seems like a cool build. If you can give us some calculations and reasons why you spread the EVs that way I'd love to add it to our competitive section.

for example who is he built to outspeed?
who can he 1HKO/2HKO?
What Pokemon threaten him besides talon flame?
