[VGC 2017] Tapu Koko Moveset - Special / Mixed / Setup / Assault Vest Attacker

Alright I've added the Assault Vest Tapu Koko set given its popularity somewhat early in the format and its impressive performance in VGC tournaments, (not saying its strong, but a decent option). Added in a mention about Focus Sash, though not an entire set itself as the purpose of any sash user it to withstand one fatal hit.

Anyways will be adding more sets to current Pokemon in the coming days.
