I got the chance to chat with Phillip Wingett who finished in the Top 16 at San Jose Regionals.

Yeah I battled Phillip in the first PF tour this last Friday, and it was a fun Finals set. That Choice Scarf Gyarados with Flamethrower definitely caught me off guard against my Kartana, though it was AV and Gyara got the -1 SpA drop Moonblast stuff did kinda help take the damage. Definitely a fun hyper offensive team he has there.
