Which pokemon can I use in the April international challenge?

Im wondering on which pokemon are allowed in this compettion.I know that its only the alolan dex thats allowed but I need some clarification on a shiny magikarp that I caught in oras.Like can i use it in the compettion or does it have to be caught in alola in order to qualify for it

Pretty much its Alolan Dex and all Pokemon must be caught/breed/obtain only in SuMo. For further rules, here's the VGC 17 ruleset:
