I have a eevee and my goal is to get my sylveon and i want to get pixilate how could i tell when i evo it it would have pixilate

the Eevee will need its Hidden ability to get pixilate as a sylveon

The Eevee needs its HA Anticipation. Then when you evolve with whatever the requirements for sylveon, it will be sylveon with Pixilate.
