mega sceptile

I was thinking timid nature and IVs as everything part from ATK moves would be leaf storm dragon pulse giga drain and protect. Let me know if you know anything better like moves ETC

Not only is Mega Sceptile a good Special Attacker, but it is also a decent physical attacker as well.

I'd say that you don't need both Leaf Storm AND Giga Drain. I think that you should pick one or the other. It can learn Sludge Bomb for destroying Fairy types. (Watch out for Sylveon.) But since Sceptile has a tough time hitting Steel types, Focus Blast is a also a good move to have. These are just suggestions, though.

Sludge Bomb wouldn't be very good because it doesn't OHKO a Sylveon and Sceptile subsequently dies after one Hyper Voice. Focus Blast isn't bad though
