@moo311 I am pretty sure that Nidoking can be in a heavy ball, but only if you transfer it from generation four. I know you can catch Nidoran (M) right outside of Goldenrod and also, Kurt is in that game.

I have a non shiny Nidoking in a heavy ball from an earlier gen. If it doesn't work can it be in a premier ball

@Adridia Because the lickitung came from a gen 3 event, it has a very slim chance of having even 1 max IV. I can hypertrain it, but I'll have to make the level 100.
