its was 6 yes 20 no, so what im doing is they have to submit their team to me and if their team is a little off than its ok but if the team is changed entirely i wont accept the battle as a win

dont worry about gym leader team just challangers, unless Vinny has a team hes using to challange the league himself to become champion
