I tried hatching a tentacool like the one you've asked for, but so far no luck. Just 4IVs and under most of the time

maybe 31/x/31/31/31/31 is fine... x = doesn't have to be high to save you trouble

I can offer a 5 IV charmander (missing hp) with metal claw, dragon dance and dragon rush and a 5 IV seviper for joltik and slowpoke.
