Been a long time fan of pokemon since I was a kid, used to play Red and Yellow on the bus before school, I however lost interest after Emerald, mostly due to the fact I couldn't financially keep up with the games and new systems etc. I just got a 3DS though and am looking to get back into Pokemon, I currently own Platinum, Black 2, Omega Ruby and Y and super hyped for Sun/Moon. Hoping to learn a lot more about Pokemon this time around (no internet back then) and make some friends

Hey man!
Good to hear others in the same boat! I remember using a link cable and spending a whole day with my brother restarting the game to get all the starters. With the internet and youtube its really easy to get into all the new mechanics (Ivs Evs Breeding etc). Hope your journey goes well and shout out if you need any help.
