he does learn any other moves that lower his stats besides leaf storm (i think)
but some combo action could be deadly such as charm (moves like that)

Seriously, when I saw that Contrary Serperior is gonna be released, this came to my mind. Leaf Storm because +2 attack boost, Rest to get rid of status moves, Sleep Talk so Serperior isn't useless for the two sleep turns and Dragon Tail just in case Sleep Talk calls it, you get to phase the opponent out before they attack provided that you out-speed.
