[DISCUSSION] Highest Primary User Group? Closed

What is the highest Primary user Group you could get to? Just wonderin! And can you ask to change the symbols below the text ( I guess you would say )
to any pokemon????  And  maybe add once you get a Certian ammount of rep points you can change the primary user group text and symbols!
