Just to mention it, there are ways to get what you call "extremely rare and difficult VC pokemons" in a (somewhat) hack free way, thanks to the glitch fest that 1G is. Of course you need some patience but once the setup is complete, it is actually quite fast to do it again. If you are interested, read this:

I already knew that, but it is not guaranteed that it can pass through PokeTransporter because of its invalid Met Location in the coding of the Pokemon.

Even if it is possible to pass through PokeTransporter, it might not be able to be traded through Link Trades.

May want to add the Salazzle Event.
If in a Cherish Ball it:
* Can only have Fake Out as an Egg Move
* Can't be Shiny
* Lowest Level possible is 50
* Must have this OT & TID: Clovis/080817
* Can't have it's HA

I've seen people already ask for a Shiny one of these on another site, so I figured I'd mention it.

i have a question, isn't is possible to get a shiny celebi in a japanese version of crystal with the GS bal event and soft resetting (https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/GS_Ball ) when i found this i was planning to gen some for a giveaway (if i can get it to be legal in pkHex) but i don't want to giveaway illegal pokemon or have to end up saying i can't trade them

It is impossible to transfer Pokemon from Crystal to Gen 7.
