Any Ideas on Quilava?

@Dova I remember in 2015 there was a really gimmicky typhlosion set going round japan:

Typhlosion @ Weakness Policy
252 Sp.a / 252 Speed
- Sunny Day
- Solar Beam
- Fire Blast
- Any other move

The idea was to send typhlosion out vs a water type that it'll out speed. Use sunny day so that it'll be able to survive a water attack. Weakness policy goes off. Then use solar beam the next turn. It's incredibly gimmicky but it's really fun when you get to pull it off.
