Ok so hers my problem mega metagross keeps kicking my but in battle spot. Any ideas on good counters. The build would be good. I was thinking thunderous with dark pulse.Thank you in advance.

id say get a fire or dark type but not fire flying because of stone age and stuff

Try to drop its attack stat by using moves like Will-o-Wisp and Charm and also try to carry more Pokemon with Fire, Dark, Ghost and Ground special attacks.
