i think your team is pretty weak to fighting an you need to spread the evs out i rate it a 6/10

and why would you run gunk shot on greninja i just noticed that and now i rate it a 4/10 if you use gunk shot make it naive or something

oh man sorry i made this on pokemon showdon so i typed in the icicle shard.it's icicle shard guys.i am gonna run king's rock on cloyster.focus sash on jolteon.and should i replace gunk shot wit u-turn?can soeone please also explain how a focus sash works.i mean i know but i just can't fully understand

If a Pokemon is holding a Focus Sash an attack that would normally take it down to 0 HP will instead take it down to one
it's pretty much the same has the ability sturdy it's good for Stealth Rock leads
it's also good on a Pokemon that you'll know you'll be able to ohko with

I'm gonna take a wild assumption that this is for singles.

Replace Icicle Crash for Ice Shard for Cloyster
Toss out Signal Beam for Hidden Power Ice on Jolteon
Drop Return for Double-Edge on Mega Kang (if doing more damage is important to you)
Also run Greninja with a Naive Nature since it is a mixed set

Overall, decent team, however, the weakness to Fighting may become an issue especially if someone has Stealth Rocks up.

Volt switching Jolteon really shouldn't hold anything but choice scarf. Put leftovers on talonflame instead. Leftovers talonflame with bulk up + roost is one of my favorite sets, try it out. 7/10.
