Does anyone know where to get a Flying gem?

I've looked everywhere, can someone please give me one or tell me where i can find one?

I don't think they're available after Gen 5 games. The normal gem is available in XY but none of the other gems are

I'm not really sure why game freak would make so you could only get the normal gem
it doesn't seem like a very smart decision to me?
