The Entire Tournament will revolve around that channel, be there when it starts, if you lose you may leave, but you NEED to be there, if you check in and aren't there when it starts you have 5 Minutes

This is VGC15, Not Battle Spot Doubles where non pentagon mons are NOT allowed, Volt Tackle Pikachu for example

Battle Spot Doubles isnt VGC16, it may open new ideas and all that, but it isnt confirmed as the new format for the VGC16 Season, as the PCs are still using the VGC15 Format, Not the Battle Spot Format.
