If a TM happens to be an Egg move aswell, I'm sure it will be passed down. Considering how you're using TM's however, I wouldn't be too concerned over not passing them specifically.
I suggest reading up a bit more on egg moves, as they can be quite confusing. Like getting a wige guard aegislash for example -__-
