Unfortunately you have to go into the real wolrd to make friends. BTW tip, make sure your "freind" has shinies. It may be obvious but if you make a friend and they don't have shinies, well then you just have a regular friend and those are no fun.

Are you implying that you should only friend people with shinies to, use them?
