The team is really cool, i see how it is supposed to work and you also did a good job with EV spreads and moves. As you said there are no real speed control wars such as in VGC15 and 16, so Tailwind right now is extremely strong against opponents without a TR option.
I don't think Pelipper+Golduck is a problem for you team, especially with that AV Koko ev spread, you can lead with Aero + Koko to safely go for a Tailwind + TBolt (on Golduck) play on Turn1. You can play around Lilligant+Torkoal too with this same lead. To be honest weathers duo aren't that common anymore cause most of the teams have more options to counter them.

1) i'd run 244 HP / 100 Atk / 4 Def / 76 SpD / 84 Spe on A-Marowak
100 Atk Thick Club Marowak-Alola Shadow Bone vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Marowak-Alola: 168-198 (100.5 - 118.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Tapu Lele Psychic vs. 244 HP / 76 SpD Marowak-Alola in Psychic Terrain: 141-166 (84.9 - 100%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO
Basically you get a guaranteed OHKO on another A-Marowak (you have a risky 87% chance to OHKO with just 92 Atk EVs) and an irrelevant 6.3% chance to get OHKOd by Modest Lele.
2) Don't bother running Def EVs on Celesteela, i'd put 36 EVs into Atk to get a 100% OHKO on 252 HP / 4 Def Tapu Lele and put the rest into more Speed to make sure you are faster than any other fast Celesteela or Magnezone to win the Substitute war.
